Wolf Conservation Center
The Wolf Conservation Center is located at 7 Buck Run, South Salem.
Winter Wolves, Saturday, Feb. 1, 8, 9, 15, 17, 19 and 22, 11 a.m. Visit the wolves during their favorite time of year and learn about the mythology, biology and ecology of wolf families. Also visit Ambassador wolves Alawa, Zephyr and endangered red wolves and Mexican gray wolves. Enjoy hot beverages. Dress for cold weather. $15/adults; $12/children under 12. Sunset Photo Session With Wolves, Saturday, Feb. 1 and 23, 3 p.m. to Sunset. Photograph the Ambassador wolves, the endangered Mexican wolves and red wolves in a winter wonderland from vantage points not generally available during regular visits.
