Central Forest Activity Area

This area supports 3 distinctive packs; the Wildcat Mound Pack, the South Bluff Pack, and the Bear Bluff Pack. Currently, there is an estimated 22 wolves in the Central Forest Activity Area which extends East to Babcock, West to Black River Falls, South to Tomah. As of 1995, this area makes up the southern most range of Timber Wolves in the United States!!
