A wolf in Sjunda area in Södertälje may be shot in a cull, according to the provincial government in Stockholm. The decision has been taken to reduce the risk that there may be damages.
“The County Administrative Board believes that there is a great risk that the sheep in the culling area are exposed to the wolves when they are turned out to pasture,” says Göran Åström, environmental director of the provincial government, in a statement.
