During the weekend’s licensed hunting of wolves in Dalarna four wolves have been shot, according to local media. The first wolf was shot on Saturday and three were shot on Sunday, announced the provincial government.
“There is a female and three males who were shot,” says Jonas Bergman, head of the wildlife section at the County Administrative Board in Dalarna, to P4 Dalarna.
The hunt goes on in Lövsjö region in Ludvika until 15 February. In total, eight animals are to be shot.
