The administrative court in Luleå rejected the appeal of the County Administrative Board’s decision on cull hunting during the duration of the summer that moved to Södertörn, south of Stockholm since the beginning of the summer.
The decision on the cull hunt had been appealed by, among others, the Haninge Environmental Party, who considered that the County Administrative Board did not adequately determine if there is any other suitable solution. The Nature Conservation Association and several other organizations have also appealed against the decision.
