KALISPELL – Wolf management continues to be a controversial topic in Northwest Montana.
But no one showed up to comment on it, during last night’s Fish, Wildlife, and Park’s public hearing on amended ARM rules.
The ARM rules pertain specifically to law enforcement, when dealing with the Gray Wolf. These guidelines are being established because wolves are now classified as “species in need of management.”
The meeting was set up to gain public input on Gray wolf management ARM rules. But only four people showed up, and were all there to talk about other wolf-related issues.
