Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks will host a wolf trapper certification class in Bozeman at its Region 3 headquarters in Bozeman, 1400 S. 19th Ave., on Saturday, Aug. 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Online registration is required.
Certification is mandatory for anyone planning to trap wolves in Montana, according to an FWP news release. Trappers who have previously successfully completed a wolf trapping course in Montana or Idaho do not need to retake the course.
