Evening Howl for Adults, 21+, Friday, May 9, 6:30 p.m. Learn about wolf families and take short sunset hike to visit wolves. Wine and cheese served. Bring flashlight. $20. Pre-registration required.

Alien Invaders with Animal Embassy, Saturday, May 10, 5 p.m. Join Chris Evers, director and founder of Animal Embassy for an exciting look at the phenomenon of invasive species in this country and abroad. Meet alien invaders such as a Burmese python, Monk parakeet, Cane toads, Green iguana and red-eared sliders. Also visit with the wolves. Pre-registration required. $15/adults; $12/children under 12.

Wolves of North America, Saturday, May 10, 17, 24, 25, 26 at 11 a.m. Learn about the mythology, biology and ecology of wolf families and visit with Ambassador wolves and critically endangered red wolves and Mexican gray wolves. $13/adults; $11/children under 12. Wolf Visit on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11, 11 a.m. Learn about the mythology, biology and ecology of wolf families and discover why spring is a special time for wolves. Also visit wolves Atka, Alawa, and Zephyr as well as the critically endangered Mexican gray wolves. Pre-registration  required. $13/adults; $11/children under 12

Sunset Photo Session With Wolves, Sunday, May 11, 5 p.m.  Photograph the Ambassador wolves, the endangered Mexican wolves and red wolves in a winter wonderland from vantage points not generally available during regular visits.  Pre-registration required. $100/person.

Movie Night For Adults (21+), Wednesday, May 14, 8 p.m. Guests will enjoy wine, while watching a screening of “The Rise of Black Wolf.” Bleacher seats available, but recommend bringing beach or camping chairs for more comfort. After the one hour film, visit with wolfs. Bring flashlights. Pre-registration required. $20/person.

Sleeping with Wolves on Atka’s Birthday, Friday, May 16, 6 p.m. to Saturday, May 17, 8:30 a.m. Celebrate Atka’s Birthday and sleep under the stars with the wolves. Pre-registration required. $285 per 4 person tent; Singles: $150 (must bring your own tent).

Evening Howl! Families, Saturday, May 17, 6:30 p.m. Visit the wolves during their favorite hour — dusk and learn about wolf families, enjoy a sunset hike to visit wolves and enjoy weather appropriate treats. Wolf Pack Chat for Kids (Ages 4-8), Saturday, May 17  and 24, 2  p.m. Best introduction to wolves for families with young children and a visit with the wolves. Bring a camera. $13/adults; $11/children under 12. Pre-registration required.

Sketching Safari Workshop (13 years and up), Sunday, May 18, 9-noon. Wildlife and conservation artist Alison Nicholls will discuss her conservation sketching expeditions and how she uses her art to support conservation projects. Then, with Alison’s guidance, you will try your own hand at sketching the ambassador wolves. Pre-registration required. $70/person.

Saving a Species at Wolf Center,  Slunday, May 18, 1:30 p.m. Learn about the Species Survival Plan (SSP) and Recovery Plan for the endangered Mexican gray wolf and the red wolf. Also visit with wolves. $13/adults; $11/children under 12. Pre-registration required.
