The EPA is appealing to the administrative court in Stockholm the decision not to allow hunting of the wolves suspected of killing and wounding several sheep in Skåne’s Osterlen.
“Can we not use culling which has consequences for efforts to manage wildlife and for the people who are affected?” said Gunilla Ewing Skotnicka, section chief of the Environmental Protection Agency, in a statement.
The decision is being appealed to the Appeals Court.
