Wolves in the Skultuna territory has made life a bit of a trial for Anna Simonsson Andersson, who lives just at the forest edge in Svanå between Sala and Västerås. The other day she scared away a wolf that came close to her dogs.
It was on Anna’s own farm that the wolf showed up when she was out exercising her dogs.
“I was really scared and screamed and managed to get the dogs in the house,” says Anna Simonsson Andersson for P4 Morning.
“Then I went out to chase away the wolf from the site. I chased it with an iron pipe and it skipped away in the end.”
For everyday work Anna is at an animal clinic and is used to dealing with dogs.
“But the wolf did not think it was very scary though. One usually get some kind of response when you scream and waved as I did.”
The wolf meeting last Friday has left deep scars. Since late on Friday, Anna has not been on a single walk around the house but she has gone elsewhere to walk the dogs.
But a wolf hater, she is not.
“They are not bothering me, I can live with them.”
