According to the law the Environmental Protection Agency decision on culling does not meet the criteria for exemption from the prohibition on killing wolves.
Several organizations had appealed the decision to cull to the Administrative Court, namely the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation Society, Nordulv and the Swedish Society for Predators.
