The EPA is taking the issue of hunting of wolves in southern Sweden to the Supreme Administrative Court.
The latest attacks on Tuesday night there were several sheep fatalities in Tomelilla municipality. Earlier this summer wolves were killed on several occasions in Skåne and the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency announced in mid-August about culling.
The hunt was called off when the decision was appealed, but the Board considers it very important to be able to shoot wolves to protect pet owners against damages.
