Volunteers sought for Defenders of Wildlife wolf program

Defenders of Wildlife will hold two informational meetings this week concerning its Volunteer Wolf Guardian Program.

Volunteers help implement proactive, non-lethal field techniques aimed at reducing wolf/livestock conflicts, according to the group.

The meetings will be held today and Thursday at the MK Nature Center, 600 S. Walnut, from 7 to 8 p.m.. For more information, call Laura Jones at 424-9385.
