Wolves in the Yellowstone National Park Getting Dangerously Close to Humans

Yellowstone National Park Wildlife officials say a wolf that has chased people on bicycles and motorcycles on several occasions will have to be killed.
Wildlife managers have been trying to find the Old Faithful area wolf since May 7th. They are also trying to haze a wolf pack that has set up a den site in the Mammoth Hot Springs developed area.
The Old Faithful wolf chased or followed one woman on her bicycle.
Officials say when wolves become habituated to people, human safety is paramount. They say the wolf has probably been fed by humans.
Now that it’s chasing people, they say it must be killed to protect visitors.
